With electric heating elements directly immersed in the organic carrier (thermal oil), this heater provides extremely high efficiency (>98%) and fast heat-up times. It is controlled by PID logic for precise temperature accuracy within ±1°C. Ideal for industries requiring high precision heating, such as carbon fiber production, composite molding, and laboratory chemical reactions. Explosion-proof designs are available.
