Product Overview
The LSS series is a highly efficient vertical through-flow steam boiler. Unlike traditional boilers that require hours to heat up, the LSS series can reach full load from a cold start in just 20 minutes. This makes it ideal for industries that need intermittent steam supply or agile production scheduling. Its advanced water pipe structure allows for rapid heating, significantly reducing fuel consumption during startup, while the internal steam-water separator ensures high steam dryness. The boiler is delivered as a complete skid-mounted unit with minimal vibration, allowing installation on standard flat floors without heavy concrete foundations. Its smaller water volume compared to horizontal boilers also minimizes operational hazards.
