Client Background
A newly built 5-star luxury hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, featuring 300+ rooms, a spa, and multiple swimming pools. The client demanded a premium, eco-friendly heating system that aligns with their sustainability goals and provides absolute comfort for guests.
The Challenge
The hotel required a massive amount of hot water with fluctuating peak demands (morning/evening showers vs daytime). Strict noise control regulations applied due to the boiler room's proximity to guest areas. Furthermore, local environmental laws imposed strict NOx emission limits (<30mg/m³).
Our Solution
We installed 2 units of 2.8MW WNS series vacuum hot water boilers. These operate under negative pressure, ensuring absolute safety with no risk of explosion. We utilized ultra-low NOx burners and sound-insulating enclosures to keep noise below 60dB and NOx emissions under 28mg/m³. A smart cascade control system automatically adjusts firing rate based on real-time load.
