The WDR series is a large-capacity horizontal electric steam boiler designed for industrial applications requiring high-quality saturated steam. Its horizontal layout allows for a generous steam-water space, ensuring stable pressure and dry steam output (only 1-3% water content). The horizontal arrangement allows for better cooling of heating tubes, significantly extending their lifespan. It features fully automatic PLC control over pressure, water level, and timing, supporting remote monitoring. Comprehensive safety interlocks protect against over-pressure, low water level, and electrical faults.
