Single-drum longitudinal type chain grate boiler, widely used for heating and drying.
Product Overview
The DZL single-drum longitudinal chain grate boiler features an arched tube sheet and threaded smoke tubes, transforming the drum from a quasi-rigid body into a quasi-elastic structure. It eliminates stays in the tube sheet area, reducing stress. The smoke tubes in the tube sheet are changed from two-pass to single-pass, solving the problem of tube sheet cracks. The lower part of the DZL biomass boiler drum is arranged with riser tube rows, eliminating the dead water zone at the bottom of the drum, preventing sludge deposition, and ensuring good cooling of the high-temperature zone of the drum, thus preventing bulging at the bottom. The boiler uses high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke tubes to achieve enhanced heat transfer, resulting in fast heating and pressure boosting, and improved thermal efficiency. The DZL boiler is compact with a small footprint, saving infrastructure investment. The unique double-layer secondary air design improves biomass fuel ignition conditions. Independent wind chambers ensure reasonable air distribution, forming an aerodynamic field conducive to combustion in the furnace, resulting in high combustion temperature and efficiency.
