SZS Series Water Tube Steam Boiler

Product Overview
The SZS series boiler features a double-drum longitudinal 'D' type layout with a membrane water wall structure. The right side is the furnace, and the left side is the convection tube bundle. It is fixed on the chassis through movable supports in the middle and at both ends of the lower drum, ensuring overall expansion towards both ends. The furnace is surrounded by narrow-pitch membrane water walls, which completely seal and separate the furnace from the convection tube bundle. The rear of the convection tube bundle uses a staggered structure, while the front uses an in-line structure. The flue gas generated by combustion enters the burnout chamber and convection tube bundle, then turns to the front left side to enter the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, and finally discharges into the atmosphere. The SZS oil/gas boiler adopts a membrane wall structure for both the furnace water wall and the convection flue, ensuring good sealing, high heat absorption, and reducing refractory brick maintenance. It uses high thermal resistance material for insulation. Equipped with an economizer and condenser at the tail, it effectively reduces exhaust gas temperature and achieves high thermal efficiency. It holds a new utility model patent: A Three-pass Low Nitrogen Condensing Steam Boiler; Patent No.: ZL 2020 2 0046462.8. The SZS boiler meets strict low nitrogen emission standards (NOx ≤ 30mg/Nm³), making it suitable for regions with strict environmental policies like Beijing and Zhengzhou. Widely used in chemical, paper making, machinery, food processing, pharmaceutical, brewing, and construction material industries.
