Client Background
One of the largest textile exporters in Lahore, Pakistan, specializing in home textiles like bed sheets and towels. The facility operates massive bleaching and dyeing lines that require constant, high-pressure steam.
The Challenge
The local gas supply in Lahore suffers from frequent pressure fluctuations and unplanned outages. The previous lightweight boiler couldn't maintain steam pressure drops during supply dips, leading to uneven dyeing and high fabric rejection rates.
Our Solution
We configured a custom SZS35-1.6-Q Water Tube Gas Boiler. The 'D' type layout with a large steam drum provides a significant steam buffer to handle load swings. We installed a specialized dual-fuel burner (Gas/Oil) with a pressure booster to ensure uninterrupted operation even during low gas pressure events.
