Client Background
A leading textile dyeing and finishing factory in Dhaka, producing fabrics for major global fashion brands. Quality consistency and color fastness are critical to their operations.
The Challenge
The factory's previous heating system suffered from temperature fluctuations, leading to uneven dyeing and a high fabric rework rate (approx. 15%). Additionally, rising natural gas prices in Bangladesh demanded a more fuel-efficient solution to maintain competitiveness.
Our Solution
We installed a 6M Kcal/h (7000KW) YYQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater. The system features a three-pass coil design for optimal heat transfer and utilizes a fully automated PID control system to maintain oil temperature within ±1°C accuracy at 260°C. A waste heat recovery unit was also added to preheat combustion air.
