The YY(Q)W series is a horizontal quick-loading organic heat carrier boiler. It adopts a compact three-pass coil design with closely-packed inner, middle, and outer coils. The inner coil acts as the radiant heating surface, creating a sealed combustion chamber, while the outer coils form the convective heating surface. This structure ensures sufficient heating area, low surface heat load, and prevents oil overheating. It features a patented efficient heat transfer structure (Patent No: ZL 2014 2 0508472.3) and advanced combustion systems for precise oil temperature control. The system operates safely at low pressure (<1.0 MPa) while delivering high temperatures up to 320°C. Energy efficiency is optimized through tailored coil gaps that maximize flue gas heat exchange.
