A large-scale textile manufacturing plant in Ho Chi Minh City, producing denim and synthetic fabrics. The factory operates 24/7 and requires precise high-temperature heat for stenter frames and dyeing machines.
The Challenge
The local government enforced a ban on coal-fired boilers in industrial zones to combat pollution. The client had to urgently replace their old coal boiler with a clean energy solution without disrupting production schedules. They also needed higher temperature precision to improve fabric quality.
Our Solution
Yudong supplied a 3500KW (3.5MW) YYQW Gas-fired Thermal Oil Heater delivered as a skid-mounted package for rapid installation. Ideally suited for the <10 day shutdown window. The system delivers thermal oil at 260°C with ±1°C precision using a PID controller, ensuring uniform heat distribution across the stenter machines.
