The SZL series is a double-drum longitudinal chain grate boiler designed for high-efficiency solid fuel combustion. It features a membrane water cooling wall structure that ensures excellent sealing and heat absorption. Key technologies include a double drum design that ensures a stable water cycle and large steam space for high-quality dry steam. The membrane water wall enhances heat transfer efficiency and ensures the furnace is airtight, reducing heat loss. A unique S-type flue gas flow forces dust to separate via inertia in the cyclone burnout chamber, reducing emissions and improving burnout. The automated chain grate features independent air chambers for precise air distribution, accommodating various fuels like biomass pellets and coal.
